If a researcher want to know about the management of hospital and need to intrview the paitents it can be possible that doctors might not give permission to meet patients. In this, the researcher wont be able to access the sample since he/she wont get permission from doctors.

Eg 2
If a researcher want to find out what are the reasons due to which students go under depression during exams, in this samples may not be available due to their exams and so researcher wont be able to access samples.

Eg 3
If a researcher wants to find out what are the resons due to which students try
to end up there life, it can be possible that researcher may not get permission from their parents or teachers and so wont be able to access samples.
